Our organization makes sure that all commercial operations are carried out in a compliant way and follows the highest ethical standards. Our ethical and compliance framework, which consists of policies and processes to help internal and external stakeholders manage compliance risks, helps us achieve this. By adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards, our compliance management system promotes a strong ethics and compliance culture inside PGUTT. Supply chain compliance, laws pertaining to competition, topics pertaining to sanctions, and avoiding bribery, money laundering, and corruption are the main areas of concern.

All relevant laws, regulations, and internal PGUTT standards are compliant with our compliance management system. With this approach, we intend to support PGUTT in creating and preserving a robust culture of compliance and ethics. Determining compliance risks, developing appropriate compliance procedures, and implementing them through practical measures like training are among the duties of the Ethics & Compliance Department. Supply chain compliance, laws pertaining to competition, topics pertaining to sanctions, and avoiding bribery, money laundering, and corruption are the main areas of concern.

Our compliance management system, which upholds a strong code of ethics and compliance throughout PGUTT, is in line with all relevant laws, rules, and internal standards. Along with competition legislation, supply chain compliance, and sanctions-related matters, the main focus is on preventing corruption, bribery, and money laundering.

Ethics & Compliance Charter And Policies

The Ethics & Compliance Charter describes the fundamental principles, responsibilities, and tasks of the department as well as how the department interacts with the CEO, Senior Management, Supervisory Board, and business and operational units. To establish high internal standards, the Ethics & Compliance department has also developed a framework of Policies and Procedure on compliance-related matters.

At PGUTT, we aim to foster an environment in the workplace where employees and other pertinent parties are empowered and free to express concerns about any unethical or illegal behavior. Generally speaking, problems should be reported to and handled locally. In the case that this route isn’t appropriate for any reason, all internal and external stakeholders of PGUTT have access to an Ethics & Compliance “Speak Up Line” that is managed by an outside party. Reports can be submitted 24/7 in a number of languages, online, and over the phone hotline.
